ADULT Fall/Winter 2010-2011 Registrions

2010-2011 Team Application (.pdf)

All “returning” teams from last season must accompany this application with a non-refundable entry fee of $175.00, which will be applied to league expenses and year end CASH AWARDS.
Any “new” teams entering the league this year must accompany this application with a $400.00 entry fee, of which $175.00 (non-refundable) will be used for league expenses and year end CASH AWARDS. The remaining balance of $225.00 will be applied to your account to be used for any ice debt.
ENTRY FEE DEADLINE IS AUGUST 15 2010.
YEAR END CASH AWARDS FOR DIVISION CHAMPS AND PLAYOFF CHAMPS!

ICE COST: $150 PER TEAM PER GAME

10 GAME REGULAR SEASON PLUS PLAYOFF AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
(3) 15 MINUTE PERIODS: TOTAL OF 80 MINUTES PER GAME
ALL REGULAR SEASON GAMES ARE ON SATURDAYS
ONE FREE PRACTICE BEFORE AUGUST 30TH , 2010.
THE LEAGUE WILL BEGIN ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 4TH, 2010.
GAME SCHEDULES WILL BE AVAILABLE WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST , 2010.
This application and a minimum $100.00 deposit will secure a spot in the High School league. Application deadline is August 17th, 2010.
Entry fee for the High School League is $2,100.00. This covers all of the ice costs and league expenses.
Important: Officials & Timekeeper fees are paid by the teams. (Officials: $65.00, Timekeeper: $7.50, per team, per game.)

This is the Fourth season for the High School Select League at the Olympia Ice Center. Those players who are eligible to play will be those going into the ninth grade next September to those who will be seniors next September. Please fill out the following information and mail to 125 Capital Drive, West Springfield, MA 01089. Enclose a check made payable to Mass Skate Inc. for the $25.00 tryout fee. Cost per player for the summer is $290.00 which needs to be paid prior to the first game played.
